Second hand and minute hand are around 7 seconds out of sync - but the jump is instantaneous at around 53 seconds 😊 ...  

My Patek took 3 hours to complete jump from 29 to 1…

May I say that the minute and second hands are not synched as such. You can adjust to perfection when stoping the seconds hand at 12 o'clock and then positioning the minute hand correctly.
