Ferdinand Berthoud showed their regulator in new cases at BaselWorld. These watches with their interesting technology and great finishing have a style that is polarising, but that is good. They are very worth a close look. But these new cases are a crass ...

Why oh why ruin a technical achievement???

Such an amazing movement. The case makes me dry-heave.

As much I love that watch, I think that case doesn't suit the dial nor the movement. I'd stay with the original Ti case. Thanks for sharing. Vte

Aged bronze is an interesting novelty, and it kind of makes sense for a marine theme timepiece. Would love to see one in person. Ken
