Ochs und junior pendant link....
I see the ochs und junior pendant has been mentioned already.... here's a link to the ochs web site where it's introduced :-

No doubt it could also be made in the annual calendar model if you wished, and a larger 42mm case... the braided sturgeon would be my choice of 'chain'.
Don't forget to consider if you want it as shown in those photos with the dial 'up' when hanging vertically, or in the Nurse's fob (?) watch style where the face is 'upside down' when hanging but is then correctly oriented when you lift it up or out of your pocket for viewing... ;-)
Or you might consider a Qclocktwo, which i re'stumbled upon on googling for an ochs clock

MIH prototype as a pendant
I love the idea of this pendant watch. One of the original prototypes of the MIH watch was a pendant.
