Only issue with the II is the markers reach to the end of the dial, prefer if they were a bit inset like the 12 version

The indices of the Twin Baton are attached to the Chapter Ring and float over the Dial. Whereas the 12 is applied to the Dial and the Chapter Ring is free.
No right or wrong. Just a preference. Personally, I’m not a big fan of their “12” font. I just like the simplicity (sterility) of the Twin Indices. To each, their own.
