It's what I was sort of thinking.
As usual the media sensationalizes statements and often out of context to boot.
I'm in awe of DB... as I said in my post, that having imagination is one thing but actually putting that into practice in a meaningful, coherent manner is something else and DB does that oh-so-well!
On the foudroyant side... do you know of other watchmakers who have made this complication apart from DB and ALS (and is this more media sensationalism)? I can think of GP and Hublot...

I love the uncompromising modernity of their designs.
Urwerk are about the only other brand I can think of that appeals to me in the same way but a DB28 will work much better on my small wrists!
