The disk on the right has the digits 0-9 for the second digit of the hour,
the disk on the left has a 2 on it, the first digit of the hour is never a 2 unless one is using military time. Any explanation for that

it is 24 hour time 0-24
and there is no option for 1-12, 1-12. That would require a complete re-engineering of the movement
