Yes, Kari's guilloché dial brings some warmth to the dial side, and are no doubt a fantastic option over the regular version, but even still there is something missing. I think it's the hour markers that lead me to this conclusion.
A very fine watch nonetheless, and thankfully beauty is in the eye of the beholder so my opinions are not relevant to your enjoyment!

Yes, tastes are different and that's a good thing. I don't think the red version is cold at all. The blue one maybe.
I can for example not understand, why there's such a big run on patek's 5131s. They're of course great work, but aesthetically not appealing to me. Too many things and shapes on that dial and the case is also not to my liking.

I think so, too. And the appearance of the red changes depending on the light.
It's really deep in that light, but can get lighter and can get some yellowish influence in bright sunlight.
