It was a family present :)
And I am getting attached to it fast. The bracelet is not original and I may eventually change it to something else but I am in no hurry. And the watch takes me back to the 1990s every time I wear it, which I like of sorts

The book looks like this: And flying with Auntie Ju was quite an adventure. The engines got converted to run on 95 octane unleaded but otherwise it was pretty original. And I see your IWC Porsche Design collection outnumbers mine handily Nice stuff! ...

This reminds me of one time while visiting the IWC manufacture....
We were accompanied by Mr. Kurt Claus. He asked us with pride in his voice, "do you like titanium cased watches?" (IWC was very early with Ti cases). One guy who was joining the group (wearing a Big Pilot) said loud and clear: " NO! We don't like! Too lig...

I am also a titanium fan but understand that others like to feel a certain heft on their wrist. Titanium may satisfy the brain fully but possibly not all hearts
