This is my first gold watch. It will get plenty of wrist time as the years go! IW3714-82 outgoing Portuguese model. I was specially after the closed case back in this case for reasons we all know! ...  

I want to add a coloured gold option as well someday… maybe when I reach 40. Hard to swallow the price at the start but like you say it will get lots of wrist time going forward.

I also like you tossed the idea around but then thought of all the watches I have had and sold over the years! The amount “lost” is far greater than the price of a nice milestone piece!

Will add some colored gold in the future!

Your first gold watch. Almost my choice, but i would collect a Portefino or a Portugieser with different complications, and i consider also other brands. I am surprised how much members here still have no golden watch. I thought i was alone. Why i got not...

Give it lots of wrist time and wear in good health. It's truly a beatuiful color combo and I also am a big fan of IWC.

Yea I can’t pull off something more dressy and a Portuguese seemed like a perfect blend between dress and board-line sporty

The Portuguese Chronograph is one of the best chrono designs ... ever!
