IWC

I think it's safe to post this as the watch was officially unveiled at IWC's booth in SIHH today and is already SOLD OUT. This is IWC's collaboration with the Rake and Revolution. A pilot's watch that is IMO the closest homage to the original IWC Mark 11 ...  

This is clearly the most interesting of the IWC bunch I am not a huge fan of the movement: is it really a bargain for the price? But it is a nice watch for sure. I wonder how the CEO feels when external advisers/bloggers do a better job than his own desig... 

but maybe that's asking too much? Bargain is all relative. The Speedy Tuesday Ultraman lists over US$7K as did the Hodinkee10 Speedmaster. My PAM 721 lists at US$9,200. A stainless steel GMT-Master Pepsi ceramic has a MSRP of US$9,250 if you can even find...

Congrats to your incoming! I also ordered this one as soon as it was announced a couple of weeks ago. I've been waiting for a no-date IWC Mark 11 for a long long time...This is an awesome release..in my opinion.. Can't wait!

Hopefully that Jan delivery doesn't fall through.

We'll see if they pull through this month. Fingers crossed.

Classy watch !

I wasn’t convinced initially because I’m not a fan of collaborative special edition watches; yet I bought one. This watch has a well executed design. It pays tribute to the vintage Mark 11 but is also a modern watch in its own right. Well priced I believe... 

some watches in 36 and not 40+ !! love the size and model a shame it's sold out already though I have always been not a big fan of iwc but that one may come to an exception ! Kev

Almost bought it, then i cancel after i saw the new spitfire in bronze and 39 mm Which is better suited my wrist, although I'd prefer it without date as yours. And the new caliber in house is the thing that made my decision. Congrats for your new watch, h...
