I did some research on the strap - it's a Bayer-developed molded plastic called Desmopan. IWC used it on Da Vinci and other models too. I tried to learn more about the watch itself, and discovered it is Ref. 3430 in Black PVD-coated titanium. My books don...  

Hope there are many more forthcoming! I guess the straps are unobtanium at the moment but maybe IWC kept some stock... Interesting watch, too!
