I don't have the measurements, but . . .
It's probably the lug-to-lug length that is throwing off the proportions. I didn't have my IW37724 with me for comparisons. But, I think the lug-to-lug length is almost identical. I'm just happy I got mine when I did!

I tried it too in Madrid boutique and before trying thought I will love 41mm size... but I found it too thick for that size and proportions are really messed up... other thing I didn't like is the faux patina and disbalance of marker and numbers color...
