have plenty of BPs and never had an issue with the crown digging in.

a Big Pilot needs a “big” (central) second hand... plus i can’t help but feel that the brands turning crowns around are just trying to emulate the “Panerai Destro” craze from years back... so 2006 Wearing my BP almost daily, no issue with the crown at all...
