I too happened to drop by the Boutique this week and saw these.
I will admit my interest in modern IWC is very limited, I'm a fan of the simple BP (having owned one) and appreciate what IWC have done on this model re their offer of numerous case materials at pretty much the same price point and in regular production (are you listening Panerai?). I also remain a fan of the Portuguese Automatic line (still own one) but much of the recent releases have not been of interest to me. Of this bunch I think the Pilot Chrono was the pick for me, and while the Portuguese Chrono retains the familiar look I found neither versions to be that appealing.
Shame they didn't have the most photographed watch of all of their releases this year.
