Yes, the diameter is 42 mm. And my wrist is just 16,5 - 17 cm. But somehow it sticks on the top of my wrist and is very comfortably to wear. Only the the strap is a tad too long. I wear it at the last hole which is not optimal. Maybe I'll look for a tailo...
