Yes, the Valjoux 7760 is a hand wound movement
But my understanding is the Destriero Scafusia base caliber is indeed a Valjoux 7750 (automatic) that was modified to a manual wind. I am happy to stand corrected if I am wrong. NickO
I agree 100%. Only in one point i disagree, 1735 Blancpain never works more than some hours. So it is not a competitor of de IWC, it was only a Biver marketing tool.
I think we also have to remember the great man behind this IWC, Günther Blümlein. This man is may be the most important Person of the watch industry of the last 40 years and he died 20 years ago. Without Blümlein, today we dont have the german watch indus...
