IWC

Currently, I'm looking for a chrono from IWC, but struck between 2 models - Portuguese Chrono Auto (3714) and Pilot Classic Chrono Auto (3706). Need some advice on the movement to make my final decision. 1. Are both the movements based on ETA 7750? 2. Why... 

And, based on the tried and proven Valjoux 7750. The difference is the location of the sub-dials.
