The very useful perpetual calendar combined with one of the nicest yet useless complications the rattrapante !! I love it, I once almost purchased a Tourbillon perpetual Da Vinci (same case as yours) and I almost regret it. Actually I am pretty sure this ...

Designed by Hano Burtscher and using a Valjoux 7750 with Kurt Klaus engineering the perpetual calendar and Richard Habring the spilt seconds mechanism under the Günter Blümlein era of IWC, this watch continued the spirit of mechanical watches in the domin... 

A curious thing about the dial though - do you know why the tritium markers at 3,6,9 and 12 o'clock are white while the resta are yellowish? Are all of the them luminous?

I wonder how hard it would be to put traditional logs on the case of one of these. I love the watch but just can’t get used to the way the bracelet attaches
