Send them just the deployant, and put a simple buckle.
I'm sure this si not a big issue, and that they will repair it very quickly. To me, there is no need to send the buckle in Swizerland to fix it. I'm pretty sure a local watchmaer can fix it by himslef. Let us know, please. Best, Nicolas

It was over 1mm deep. Yes the result is perfect. They also serviced and polished.
