Amvox 1 LE
Just after I bought my Amvox I dropped it and "dinged" the Titanium case. So I eventually decided to take it to my local AD here in Mallorca to have it repaired. That was in March (this year). By August they had returned it to me (after it had been to JLC in Spain) but with the "ding" still not repaired! So back it went to JLC (Switzerland this time). Went to collect it this afternoon. Everything looked good except that the deployant wouldn´t close. So its back to JLC again. Third time lucky?

Send them just the deployant, and put a simple buckle.
I'm sure this si not a big issue, and that they will repair it very quickly. To me, there is no need to send the buckle in Swizerland to fix it. I'm pretty sure a local watchmaer can fix it by himslef. Let us know, please. Best, Nicolas

Hi Athenian, How deep was the ding on your AmVox Ti such that JLC could remove it? Were they able to restore the nice brushed finish to the area of the ding? I also own an AmVox 1 LE and so far, no dings, but I'm sure they are inevitable, as I love wearin...

It was over 1mm deep. Yes the result is perfect. They also serviced and polished.
