I would be surprised if a LeCoultre would have a 3rd party movement
Since LeCoultre and JLC were "the watchmakers watchmaker" But I have heard of stranger things...
With a few exceptions, Thomas. Jaeger Lecoultre didn't have an in house chronograph movement for their wrist watches before the Cal 75x...
They used to house Valjoux 72 and Universal Genève movements. Best, Nicolas
