I was looking for the closest time only expression of a “calatrava” within the Jaeger Lecoultre vintage catalogue, and came across this very attractive 33mm e165 model. Really love how the triangle indices reflect light and makes it in some angles very jewellery like. The dial might have a bit too much burned patina for my liking but that is the best looking example I could find. The winding of the watch is also surprisingly quite a joy for a modest watch.
