My first serious watch ever
Hello you watch freaks,
My name is Steve and I'm 30 years old. This is my 1st serious watch and 1st watch EVER! I can't get over how cool this watch looks. I've researched the Reverso for probably a year before actually buying it. I've never even seen the watch in person and just bought it off looks alone (Took the gamble baby) although, I did make a template of the watch through the measurements given on the official site. I struggled for months deciding if it was too big.
Honestly, I believe the Grande Taille is a better fit for my wrist size, but I just did not like the numerals versus the indices. Plus the Tribute is just so THIN. I know some people don't like the needle hands, but this is the only reason I even bought this watch right now. I knew the US tribute edition was the only one with the needle hands(love it!) and sold out. I figured if I didn't buy this now, who knows when another would come along. I think I made the right choice despite what my wallet says in hind sight.

Hi Steven, Congratulations on your first JLC! That's a fantastic choice that would be a highlight of any collection, and I think it's one of the nicest Reversos made since JLC resumed production of the line. Also, you deserve a high-five for the stunning ...
Good choice!!

As Blomman mentions, the collection always has a starting point. I started mine just about more than 10 years ago. I keep reminding myself, 4 to 5 watches are more than enough. But that reminder is futile. Enjoy the very classic time piece!
