No question I prefer the 68 both vintage and modern.
But the 65 has its charms too - I am opening up to that model slowly.
I have another question: How do the re-editions compare to the originals? I think this would be interesting to hear your thoughts on that. best E

I own the '68 Tribute but rather fancy the '65 Tribute as well. The '68 is more bold to me whereas the '65 is more understated elegance. I would own both if the opportunity presented itself.
