My new Duometre (received 8/18) has stopped working. THe movements (both the watch and the chrono) stop when the chrono function is running (both the watch power-reserve indicator and the chronograph power-reserve indicator show full power available). Has...

mine's been problem free since day 1, and its over a year old. wish its nothing serious

But don't worry, JLC knows how to repair it perfectly. Nonetheless, it is a very frustrating situation... Send it to your JLC AD, or to a JLC Boutique, and they will do the necessary. Best, Nicolas

Thanks for your kind words. I spoke to my AD. I am positive he will take care of any issues. Surprisingly, although my Duometre stopped twice several days ago, it has now been running flawlessly for the past 72 hours. I will continue to observe its behavi... 

I would send an email to the JLC Concierge notifying them of the issue and the current working order. This way, if you have future problems, they will be well aware of your piece's history. It is always an let-down when ever there's ANY problem with any w...
