Cannot make up my mind
Hi there,
I cannot really make up my mind on this model - or the white dial one.
Hopefully, I will have the chance to look at both side by side in a few days.
Right now, I feel its more safe to go for the classic white dial in my personal case - IF buying this thing. 
When I got "into" JLC watches some 15 years ago - one of my favourites was the Master Calendar - together with the Master Date.
Both a tad too small for my chubby wrists, being 37mm. (If I am remembering correctly..., not sure, getting old)
Now, here we have the new 39mm versions...
Still, I personally would have preferred 41-42mm, but interesting indeed!

Out of all meteorite watches...
... this is the nicest one, Moon and meteorite reunited in this version. It was very fashionable some years ago to add meteorite material but is it not a bit outdated today? I don't know. Anyhow, I would not mind owning one Best, É.

.. this eclectic meteorite dial, with the window @ 6 for sec & moon breaking the low key, but refined dial texture.. Your shot encourages me to try to have a look at it in real, if ever possible at all. - But wait, I probably should stay in a dietary stat...

Love that dial! Here is mine. How come on yours the date hand crescent is red? Mine is blue. ...
Definitely the blue!
I'm not a fan of the red. The blue is perfect with the blue "31" and the moon phase.
