I got this on a recent trip to Paris. It's a Jaeger LeCoultre "Etrier" watched stamped "Herms Paris" on the case back. I've seen similar models variously referred to as the "Grande Taille" or "Grande Modele Homme," but I haven't seen one with this exact ...

The watch is oversized, proportioned for a man's wrist. Similar to the designs that Hermès themselves are doing now for their men's watches.
