Do I really have to choose?
Wow, my friend, that is really a hard decision to make...
But if I had to keep only one, I would have hard time choosing between the Minute Repeater, which is one of the most fantastic watch I know, and the Polaris 65, because of the Story behind.
I'd finally say the Polaris 65:
This one is the very very last I would let go in case of problems...
