Don't know much about it, but
according to this blog "https://blog.mingthein.com/2012/08/27/reverso-latitude/" it's a limited edition of 150 pieces (plus 150 pieces w/white dial and blue numerals) to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Reverso.
And AFAIK it should be the only manual wound classic size Reverso with small seconds at 6 o'clock.
