Dear Nicolas, I would like to say "Thank You" for posting this and also the formers reports about the JLC divers. Excellent pics and a perfect overview in terms of the competition. Some comments related to Vulcain: The Deep Sea was the 1st diver on the market with an alarm. But due to the case the alarm was only hearable up to a depth of 100m. The Vulcain Nautical was the 2nd diver on the market with an alarm. But with the triple case back the alarm was hearable up to a depth of 300m (record for plexi glass). As you mentioned the case for the Polaris is the same as for the Nautical but only with 200m water resistant. I would say that the "revival" of the vintage divers stated in 2002 when Vulcain was re-launched using a re-edition of the Nautical whis is still available to a very attractive price. So Vulcain was a kind of a trendsetter but in comparison to JLC or Blancpain their marketing is very poor and therefore Vulcain missed a big opportunity. But nethertheless a likeable brand with excellent watches. Regards, Rudi
