First of all, a Chrono is always more expensive than a GMT, as it is more difficlut to make.
Both of these watches were released in 2007.
Both come with a Crocodile strap, or an articulated rubber or SS bracelet.
Both have a mechanical automatic movement ( Cal 751 for the Chrono ).
This is the Master Compressor Chrono Lady which houses the meca quartz movement, not the Master Compressor DIVING Chronograph Lady.
I can't answer about which is the more appealing and oustanding between these 2.
They both are very nice, it will depend on you, your taste, and your wrist ( each are 38 mm diameter ).
Try them both, you will know!
Hope this will be of some help.
Please, keep us updated!
Best,
Nicolas
