A re-issue ? Do u know something we don't ? Happy New Year !

My lips have to remain sealed as a Patek watch, till the 21th of January... BUT I can already tell you that 2013 won't see a re issue of the Geophysic. Well, if it would have been the cxase, I wouldn't have told you, either... :) Are you lost? I am... :) ... 

but be sure to give us a hint if there is anything we can do to win this fight. I'm not sure if I am relieved or not that the re-issue will not present itself THIS year ... but at least your words give hope! Sign me up for a SS Geophysic with cross hair d... 

But I take the opportunity to wish you a very happy new year to you and to your family! I only have to wait a few weeks to discover the new collection so we will see if 2013 is the year of my first JLC! Fx

I also picked an old JLC for this morning. Although "an" is quite an exaggeration because this is the only vintage JLC one I own ;-) But I cherish it a lot. The Geophysic is superb with a Geomatic not far behind. Such fine watches! Have a great new year e...  

that's why I enjoy so much looking at the treasures you share with us here Nicolas. About this "re-issueing" matter, even if I understand your excitement in thinking about such a novelty in the future, are you sure it is a good thing that many beauties fr... 

I would first say that when you know JLC quite well, you cannot miss the fact that the collections are an eternal roundtrip between past and present. Even a watch like the Duometre is strongly linked to the Past. It is a bad thing when it is the only visi... 

You just mentioned the kind of thoughts I also had in mind when I wrote my post. I was thinking about the Polaris and the Deepsea, and the fact that it would be a shame if they had been lost in the depth of JLC's history and we couldn't admire them anymor... 

.. I had chosen this "Petit Monsieur", Jaeger Vintage Chrono for today. Why ? - I always enjoy this one, somewhat low- key but balanced and pleasant, in a classy and reliable modesty. - secondly as it brings back happy moments, moments with a friend, mome...
