I love the blue of this dial, yes it's spoiled by the oversized circular subdial, a proper rectangular one would look more authentic and wouldn't eat in to the minute track....but I forgive JLC, that's how much I love the colour and finish of the dial

The "perhaps overwhelming" (for some) secondes sub-dial gives the cadran a real chronometer/horological character to the watch, which I love. Is your Priv-Mail working? Warm regards. Francois

I was waiting for your post since I've heard about this one from Watch_kha_wen post. It looks great and since the tribute duo was a bit small on my wrist IMO, I really look forward to seeing this one in the flesh. Nice complement to the tribute 1931 line!...

Hi Tim, I just joined the forum when I saw this post. I really would like to acquire a pure blue reverso (like Rolex’ pure sunburst blue on their datejust and daydates) but looking at your post, it looks like the watch has a strong purple hue?? Is it the ... 

If I had to guess, this purple is activated by a hight proportion of yellow light. Otherwise, the watch looks exactly as it does on the JLC website (recommended for reference), and metallic blue is the dominant aesthetic. Best, Tim

What a great dial. But the biggest surprise is the odd change in proportions. It’s become wider and squarer and I don’t like it personally. Velociphile

This is now officially my favourite Reverso, and by far my favourite JLC in recent years..... everything about it is magical, from the dial colour to the case proportions and strap. Initially, I was skeptical with it being larger than my GT which to me is...  

The blue on the dial is a true blue, no purple hues. Very well executed, you see the quality of the fabrication, the price tag is very resonable for such a finely finished piece. I only wished the strap wasn’t 20/20 but 20/16 like the classics. If JLC doe... 

I am actually going to put on a 20/16 black alligator strap with a 16mm JLC pin buckle, will do it this weekend and post a photo
