For those who found that the MUT Moon 39 dial was a bit empty, the new Master Ultra Thin Calendar is a pleasant alternative. Same 39 mm case, 9, 9 mm high, exactly like the MUT Moon 39 ( which is, once again, not ultra thin at all ), but not less elegant....  

but... Certainly go more interested in stainless steel ^^; Question for you, dial plate's eggshell like "mut ppc"??

.. Maybe also there, dark blue might have been nice, probably (?).. Other than that, yet another classic to fill the little gap, as mentioned by you .. Interesting to me, how LGM does some rejuvenation to the classics with the smaller & thinner cases.. Fi...

BTW: this black one/ teardrop of yours always amazes me, when shown : Lots of strong, but balanced appeal ! Designwise these were the hey-days of JLC with their Calendars, - a theme, that is redesigned & relived for quite some time now.. A nice sign of " ... 

Compared to the MUT Moon, this complication, especially the date is legible, and doesn't distract from the balance of the dial. I like it a lot...now, just to wait for the steel version...

But for me the best watch in this class is Blancpain complete calendar. The new system, correctors under the lugs, make it very appealing. Furthermore,, this Blancpain is one of the watches that started the renaissance of mechanical watches. Best, Kari

But I understand that some people prefer the folding buckle. I prefer the pin buckle for the comfort, personally. Best, Nicolas

these pictures demonstrate the IMO unrivaled proportions of the classic JLC master moons. Cheers, John

I do like the UT cases, to a degree, but I feel that the UT cases have taken on too much of a feminine quality...thin bezel, relatively thin lugs, and a proportional but small crown...the 39mm size is perfect, though there is a fine line between elegant a... 

I found the 37 mm Master Case quite nice, and the problem came with 41mm +++ cases. Too chunky, they lost their " grace ". Look at the MMR Ti, with its 44 mm case. Gracious? No. But, in this " case ", the overall conceptual look of the Watch works well. N... 

are in the black or charcoal - as in your pics - I think it will be a nice sister piece to the 18ktW QP. The press-kit pics were a little bland, I thought, so I hope JLC keeps them as they are in YOUR pics. As far as steel goes, this dial with BLUED indic... 

I think the indexes and hands are the same than those of the QP. What I had in mind when I saw the Watch. Best, Dean. Nicolas
