I am sure it is normal
Hello. Mine looks fine, although if you don't look at a time when the 2 hands are supposed to be parallel with one another, they may seem not perfectly in sync. I think it is because one dial is much smaller than the other. Look again when at 0, 15, 30 or 45 minutes.
But even if they are not perfectly aligned I am sure this is not a problem.
