I was interested in this watch h since it was introduced but did not have the means to buy it at that time.
Two years ago (and knowing the pictures of the prototypes by amanico) is saw one on offer in Belgium and bought it from a grey market dealer who was not knowing what he is selling š As far as I know there are only 2 other pictures of this watch with this prototype dial in the whole internet (plus the one from amanico in the factory) with mine being the only one on the steel bracelet which is a marvel in itself. Apart from its unique tech specs/details, this Geophysic is rather unique compared to the current JLC line-up, it's definitely not a one-of-many design, both as a whole and with so many interesting details; I think the dial texture has yet not been praise...
I agree, I forgot to talk about the dial and its details, it does look very very nice.
When the TT to Geophysic came out, I thought the grainy dial was a lovely feat! Here it is a bit more subtle with a finer grain. I saw some nice photos online of it being dressed down, I look forward to trying that as it suits the watch very well. I agree...
