I just tap a couple of my JLC, a compressor GMT and Master Geographic, both give out similar noise. If the watch is working fine telling the right time, keeping to the correct power reserve, I guess it is doing what it is suppose to do then it is fine. If you are still of a concern, then go to the nearest boutique and have them check it out, or tap all their display pieces.(just kidding). / W72

Can't say if you should but I would be concerned.
If you live near a JLC service center, it is probably best to have it looked at while it is still under warranty. Hope it is nothing. Your video is most helpful by the way. It is very illustrative. Ruckdee
