Jaeger-LeCoultre

Insanely jealous...and grateful am I

Thanks for the WONDERFUL post, Daos.  It was worth the "interminable" wait. LOL.

Your photos are great, whatever perceived lighting issues you may have encountered.  But really the diversity of watches you covered is breathtaking.  Had we seen any live shots of the Inverssor before this????? No, and that was a great surprise.  I am liking what Nicolas has dubbed the"Destro" EWC -- some nice sublte changes in the dial beyond the color and the left-handed configuration. I am weak for any version of the EWC, but this one is obviously quite special.

And I am so glad you spent a lot of time with the Diving Pro Geos, particularly the comparative shots.  I admit, I am consumed with thoughts of the DPG (titanium), so the timing of this post merely adds fuel to the fire -- very, very dangerous for me.  You go on the list of people to blame for taking me down this path.

I have never seen the 70eme in person, but it does look gorgeous.  So, was that your favorite?  Is that the one you came closest to running off with when no one was looking? I think that is one of those "ultimate" Reversos (excluding of course the Tryptique and Gyro II -- but those are not for mere mortals).

Well, thanks again for the very entertaining post.  Why do I not live in a city graced by a JLC Boutique?
