My new Polarismemovox Has a water resistance rating of 200 m however it comes with all these disclaimers about what you can do and what you can’t do and even tell you how to enter a swimming pool in order to avoid problems. So my question is how do they keep these things waterproof? In my next question, are they really attributed to the original under the circumstances?

You just have to check the seals between the crowns and the case once a year. The Tributes are really close to the original. The movement is not the same, of course, the cases are
Slightly different ( 1 mm bigger for the Tribute To DSA ), not compressor for the TT Polaris. But yes, the spirit is very close. Best, Nicolas
