Love the case! A couple of questions, if I may: Has the dial been repainted? From where do you get the Hermes connection? Indeed, Hermes did retail JLC during the 1930s and 1940s, but this reference 382 was in the regular JLC catalogue during the 1940s. N... 

The dial is original All the Jaeger Lecoultre etrier was made for Hermes

Your version of the Etrier was in the regular JLC catalogue 1945! No mentioning of Hermes. Here is another example from 1975, same thing no Hermes. Both catalogues comes from other retailers than Hermes. Best Blomman ...
