JLC Polaris Chronograph
I dropped in to the JLC London boutique earlier to pick up a strap and they had a couple of the Polaris Chronographs on display.
They are both very nice looking. A good size and weight for me. The silver version seemed to have a bit of a taupe tone in the dial. From the pictures I thought I would prefer the silver dial but, in reality, I preferred the blue dial version. With that said, I would rather have the Polaris Mariner Memovox or pink gold Polaris perpetual calendar.
For those of you looking for more innovation, how about a stunning Reverso Hybris Artistica with a gyrotourbillon? The only slight downside with this level of innovation is the price!!

They are both attractive. The taupe tone within the silver dial brought to mind your Offshore. Perhaps that’s why you like it?!
