All are attractive, but the Jubilee seems the most special. As the comparison photo reveals, small variations in thickness become exceptionally pronounced on pieces this fine, and the 4.05mm of the Jubilee is almost too thin to believe. The fact that it is achieved on a very usable timepiece with real water resistance, no gimmicks like integrated caseback baseplates, no danger of case deformation, and no risk of casebacks/crystals flexing to stop the watch is stunning. I also understand that this particular model is built alongside the high horology pieces given the delicate measures required for its execution.
While the "1907" pair are very appealing, neither excites the imagination more than the seemingly *impossible* Jubilee. I agree with Nicolas that the enamel dial is beautiful but unreasonably priced. Even if pricing were equal across all three models, the Jubilee has an otherworldly quality to it that endears it to me more than the others.
Best,
Tim
