Looks like this is not the new dial, Peter
But there is something which is not normal:
The Color of the numbers, which mismatches with the color of the indexes.
So, if you add the fact that the only the numbers glow in the dark, I would ask my AD to change the dial for another one..
After, you will see if you prefer the orange indexes, or the one which is presented as the regular one ( to come ).
