Of course, I think the date criticism is valid, it's just never really bothered me, although now I keep looking at it and imagining it without a date. I might see if I can use my very limited photoshop skills to mock something up! [nt]

I think it makes particular sense, though, to be picky about printing style on a sector dial. Dial printing is what these watches are all about!
Chrono...even i'm not a big fan of 'automatique'
the 'date' on the sector dial is really a bad decision - would have been much 'pure' without it & probably a BIG winner ! Best, mahesh.,
The chrono is very well done.
Also my favorite of the three. The date window on the time-date really ruins the appeal of an otherwise flawless piece. Hands: I‘d love luminova instead of the void. Best, Daniel

It is very disturbing to me why those watch manufacturer don't listen to our forever cry and make the dial clean of date.
Chrono for me.
Like the blue highlights and the sector dials but the hands are very unappealing to me. I quite like “Automatique” it makes a nice change from the usual Automatic. Regards Kev.
Geographic for me!
I almost pulled the trigger a couple of times in the past. I've tried on them all and the Geographic wins on the wrist for me. Very nice trio, I love the sector dial and the color combination. I also like the hands a lot.
And I loved it on the wrist, but I ended up deviating a little bit from the original target
I recall that I started looking at this JLC, then I got tempted buy the Rolex Cellini Dual Time and I finally bought the 5110G 😋

The most important is that it pleases you. Don't worry too much about the date, the critics come from date haters... Like me; ;) The thing is that the date " breaks " the sector dial, here.
