That was to be expected.
Somehow I was under the impression you knew someone, who ownes that French masterpiece known as Facel Vega and would take a picture in his/her car My mistake. Volvo P1800 will do just as fine.
I often feel the urge to refresh my knowledge of certain languages.
In my opinion that's best to be done to visit a certain country and stay there for a few weeks. Due to work, family et cetera, that's not always possible, so I refresh it by looking at certain TV series. "Les Petits Meurtres d'Agatha Christie" I just stum...

Especially the reverse engraving. At 36mm it’s also good on the wrist under a shirt cuff. Sadly, finding a clean dial is becoming more difficult.
Such a clean, simple, straightforward dial — a time machine back to the 60’s. Beautiful!

Congrats , I am trying to source a NOS dial for my steel E399 (it may have finish at JLC service bench but I would rather avoid it). Again congrats - I love the case design (lugs) on the steel one best R
