I always bring an Alarm with me. A certain Polaris 65, for example.

We don't travel too frequently...
...but when we do, I tend to take two or three watches, including my JLC NSA Incursion. It's a great all-rounder which I have no issues hiking or swimming with, and of course the alarm can be useful--but who wants to use an alarm on vacation anyway!? ...
