I'm a dive/sport watch guy, but when I first laid eyes on the TT 1931 Reverso I knew it was a forgone conclusion that I'd have one. When the US Edition was announced I had the boutique on the line five minutes later.
You're going to absolutely love it. Is it too dressy? Hardly. In practice I've found it to be quite versatile, though, no, you're not taking the kids to the water park with it on. ;-)

As I wanted something dressier for work, I did consider a Datejust but thought I'd been there and done that. The Reverso has intrigued me for a long time. But I didn't want a ight coloured dial and all of the ones that really appealed to me where out of m...

Totally enamored with my Reverso 1931...
and love it on the black strap. Congratulations on yours, and I hope the wait isn't too long! I threw this brown strap on top of the black strap to give you an idea of what it would look like. I tried quite a few and thought this was the best of the bunch...
