Straps do come in different lengths...
Let me say that I have very limited experience with the Master Compressors, However I do know that the strap length is critical for the correct feel and position of a watch - especially when worn with a deployant clasp (is yours with a single or double clasp?) I am sure that your AD can get you a strap that will fit.
As for the painting of the crown, I have only seen these with red painting. That should be easily corrected at your dealer. Did you buy the watch new from an AD?

To see if it is normal or ont. As for the lenght of the strap, you have different lenght available, and your AD should hav checked that for and with you, in my opinion. Best, Nicolas.
