APROChrono,
I really admire your well thought out watch collection, which cover almost all bases with no overlaps.
The Patek 5396R-012, which one day you will get, is a white dial, rose gold dress watch with an annual calendar complication.
The JLC MUT moon is a white dial, white metal dress watch with a moon phase complication.
The Royal Oak chrono is a steel bracelet blue/white (colourful) dial, sport watch with a chrono complication.
The JLC Grande GMT is a white/ black dial rectangular watch with a GMT complication.
So what are the missing links?
Complication- a chiming watch
Dial colour- probably a round black watch
Case - black (not sure if it’s your thing)
Strap -rubber (not sure if it’s your thing as either)
Given your preference for a modern JLC around 40mm, there can only be one answer:
The JLC deep sea alarm 2018 April fool’s edition lol

All jokes aside, the TT deep sea alarm neatly fills up almost most of the gaps in your collection. Yes, it may be born as a sports watch, especially if it is fitted with a tropic strap. But with the original calf skin strap, you can easily wear one for a black tie event. If you don’t believe me just ask Jean Dujardin.

However, I am not sure how you like a watch with plexiglass and with no date. Definitely nothing like that in your collection, something different.
Best,
David
