The Memo WT and the EWA are not playing on the same background.
They can have a separate life, without problem for each of them.
The Memo WT will be an elegant, dressy watch, while the EWA is obviously sportier.
The size is not the same, also, with 40 mm for the Memo WT versus 46, 3 mm for the EWA.
And, more important, the Memo WT is not as useful as the EWA is.
The Memo WT is more a reinterpretation of a Model which existed in the 60ies.
